Role Overview

We are seeking a Channel Enablement Manager (UAE) to spearhead our channel development efforts across the GCC. This role is based in Dubai with a hybrid work model, offering flexibility to work remotely and on-site as needed.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and performance optimization while actively leading go-to-market campaigns, demand generation activities, and channel sales execution.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong relationship management, operational discipline, and field engagement to build and scale high-performing channel ecosystems for our vendor portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Recruitment & Enablement

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, resellers, and system integrators) aligned with our vendor portfolio.
  • Deliver structured training and certification programs to build partner capability and technical readiness.
  • Drive adoption of partner tools, portals, and GTM assets.

Channel Sales & Performance Management

  • Own revenue targets and sales pipeline within assigned partner accounts.
  • Monitor and drive partner performance, forecasting, and sales KPIs.
  • Co-develop business plans and growth strategies with top partners.

GTM & Demand Generation Execution

  • Collaborate with internal marketing and vendor teams to launch localized campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Enable partner-led marketing activities, MDF utilization, and co-branded outreach.
  • Represent Channelyt and our vendors at regional events, roadshows, and trade shows.

Stakeholder Coordination & Customer Success

  • Act as the central liaison between channel partners, distributors and internal teams.
  • Support complex deal pursuits, pricing approvals, and operational escalations.
  • Maintain high standards of partner and customer experience across all interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Residency & Licensing

  • Valid UAE Residency Visa (eligible to work in the UAE)
  • Valid UAE Driver’s License (field travel is a core part of the role)

Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in channel sales, partner enablement, or business development roles in the UAE/GCC region
  • Exposure to technology segments such as AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Storage, or Digital Infrastructure
  • Prior experience working with distributors, resellers, or system integrators

Skills

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of channel economics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is an asset)
